When To Call

Signs Your Business Needs Drywall Work

Busy stores and offices get worn out fast. We see cracked corners by doors on almost every job. Orlando's wet air also causes trouble. It stops joint tape from drying right. This makes walls bubble up in buildings without steady AC. Storm season makes it worse too. Water gets in through windows and doors near Maguire Road and Clarke Road. New stores along SR-429 also need fresh drywall before they open. Skilled drywall workers are needed all over Florida, and this job takes real training[1]. If you wait, small cracks turn into big problems.

I am writing to highly recommend Dale for any home improvement or renovation needs.

After he completed a small repair for me with excellent results, I brought him back for a much larger project: a complete remodel of our kitchen, family room, and dining room. This included a full dry texture and new knockdown throughout the great room.

The quality of his work is fantastic. Dale is now my go-to professional for such projects, and I recommend him without reservation.

Look no further. Absolute perfectionist! Texting walls with knockdown is a skill. Dale did an amazing job repairing ceiling damage and blending it exactly like the rest of the ceiling. Nice guy, hard working, dedicated, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely hire for any repairs/projects.

Called these guys after some tenants left a bunch of holes throughout the property. They did an all out amazing job!! The crew showed up as scheduled, was extremely clean, if you’ve ever been around drywall work you know how messy it can get. They made sure everything was protected properly and left cleaner than it was originally. When they were done you couldn’t tell that anything ever happened. These guys are best in the business!!!

Questions

Commercial Drywall Questions

Here are answers to the questions business owners ask us the most.

  • How much does commercial drywall work cost?

Most jobs cost between $500 and $8,000. It depends on size and damage. Small patches cost less. Full buildouts cost more. We give a written quote first, so you know what to expect.

  • How long does a commercial drywall job take?

Small repairs often finish in a day. Bigger buildouts can take a week or more. We'll give you a clear timeline at the site visit.

  • Should I hire a pro or try DIY repair?

Business spaces need work that meets code and looks smooth. DIY patches often look uneven under store lights. Call a pro for anything bigger than a tiny nail hole.

  • How often do commercial buildings need drywall repair?

It depends on foot traffic and the building's age. Busy stores often need touch-ups every few years. Older buildings near Maguire Road may need more work from heat and moisture.

  • How fast can you fix urgent damage?

We fix water damage and structural issues first since they get worse fast. Call Now (407) 738-8383 and we'll set up a visit quickly. We get a lot of calls during storm season, so we plan ahead.

  • What signs mean I need drywall repair?

Look for cracks near corners, soft spots, bubbly tape, or water stains. Popped nails and bumpy texture are also warning signs. If you spot these, give us a call.

  • Do you use mold-safe drywall for Florida buildings?

Yes, we use water-proof board in bathrooms, break rooms, and other wet spots. Florida's building rules often require it there. It holds up better than normal drywall in our humid air.
